Job Description
- Oversee or assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
- Support employee relations and handle workplace inquiries, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Coordinate performance review processes and support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist with HR policy development and implementation.
