HR Recruiter

An HR recruiter's job is to find, attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for a company's open roles, acting as the bridge between job seekers and employers by managing the entire talent acquisition process, from writing job descriptions and sourcing talent to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires, ensuring the right people fit the organization's needs and culture. 

key responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and company culture.
• Candidate Management: Guiding candidates through the hiring process, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Finding candidates through job boards, networks, and proactive outreach; building the employer brand.
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, and evaluating candidates.
