Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & onboarding of employees

Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents

Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave data

Coordination for PF, ESI, and payroll processing

Handling employee queries and HR-related issues

Managing discipline, company policies, and HR compliance

Coordination with site supervisors and management

Preparing HR reports and MIS as required

Requirements:

Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or relevant field

Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, payroll

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Ability to handle multiple tasks
