• Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for the company’s products/services.
• Convert inbound inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to prospects.
• Follow up regularly with leads to ensure consistent pipeline flow.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and maintain professionalism.
