Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Greater Noida

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our rental services by identifying new sales opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales processes, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for converting leads into customers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Actively generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide customers with detailed information about our renting solutions, highlighting the features and benefits that best meet their needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Address any questions or concerns regarding rental terms, product availability, and pricing.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize rental agreements.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of rental products. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional offers and sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
  • Customer Support: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the rental or leasing industry is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of the renting solutions market and customer needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
