We sell subscription-based SaaS solutions that directly impact business revenue.


🎯 Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced, performance-driven Inside Sales Executives responsible for generating subscription revenue for Elixiir’s SaaS platform.


This is a revenue-generating role involving:

  • Outbound calling
  • Demo presentations
  • Objection handling
  • Deal closures
  • Revenue target achievement

This is not a support role, not a backend role, and not a non-target position.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify warm and cold leads
  • Conduct structured sales calls with business owners
  • Deliver product demos via Google Meet / Zoom
  • Explain ROI of CRM, Review Automation & Growth Solutions
  • Handle pricing discussions and negotiations
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up discipline
  • Coordinate with onboarding team after successful closure


📊 Performance Metrics (KPIs)

KPIs will be formally shared at the time of joining and may include:

  • Monthly Revenue Target
  • Minimum Closures per Month
  • Conversion Ratio
  • Demo-to-Closure Ratio
  • Call Discipline & Follow-up Compliance
  • Performance is reviewed monthly.


Sustained non-performance during probation may result in:

  • Probation extension
  • Compensation restructuring
  • Discontinuation of employment


💰 Compensation Structure

Annual CTC Range: ₹3.00 – ₹5.00 LPA


The compensation structure consists of:

1️⃣ Fixed Salary Component

2️⃣ Performance-Linked Variable Component


Important Clarifications:

  • Fixed salary is determined based on experience and interview assessment.
  • Variable pay is earned only upon achievement of defined performance targets.
  • Variable incentives are not guaranteed and are subject to revenue realization and policy terms.
  • Detailed salary structure will be provided in the Offer Letter and Appointment Letter.
  • No retrospective changes are made to earned wages.


🧾 Probation & Confirmation:

  • Initial probation period: 3 months (extendable based on performance).
  • Confirmation of employment is subject to satisfactory performance, attendance, conduct, and process adherence.
  • Confirmation is not automatic.

During probation:

  • Regular attendance is mandatory.
  • Leave is subject to prior approval.
  • Performance benchmarks must be met.


Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–4 years experience in SaaS / CRM / B2B sales
  • Proven sales closing track record
  • Comfortable selling subscription-based solutions
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Hindi mandatory, Basic English required
  • Experience selling to MSMEs preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
