Insurance Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring female candidates for the role of Insurance Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products and converting leads into successful sales. This is a performance-based role with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance policies (Health, Life, Pension, Retirement & Student Plans)

• Handle leads and communicate with potential clients

• Follow up with interested customers and close deals

• Maintain daily sales activity and client records

Target:

• Minimum 5 policies per week

OR

• 1 high-value policy (₹10 lakh+)

Salary Structure:

• No Fixed Salary

• 20% incentive on every successful policy sale

• Unlimited earning potential

Average Monthly Earnings:

₹20,000 – ₹60,000+ (Depends on performance)

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (Insurance preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
