Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform physical counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records using inventory management software (ERP).
• Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, manage incoming/outgoing shipments, coordinate with logistics and purchasing, and ensure quality control.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze data to forecast demand, identify trends, report on inventory status, and generate reports on efficiency and supply chain progress.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with internal departments, carriers, and build relationships with suppliers.
• Team & Safety: Train staff, manage warehouse staff, and ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
