Job Description

Role Overview:


The Junior Executive Assistant supports day-to-day execution across leadership support and operations, ensuring priorities are tracked, communications are organized, and routine coordination work is completed accurately and on time. The role requires strong ownership, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Calendar management: scheduling meetings, sending invites, tracking agendas, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Communication support: drafting emails/messages, maintaining contact lists, and routing requests to the right owner.
  • Documentation: preparing and updating SOPs, trackers, meeting notes (MoM), and internal documentation.
  • Coordination: aligning between teams (engineering, sales, finance, compliance) for deliverables, reviews, and approvals.
  • Operations support: maintaining vendor/office/admin checklists, recurring tasks, and basic procurement coordination. Can work on Marketing, Compliance,HR, Finance, Sales & Administration plans
  • Compliance/admin assistance: supporting HR/compliance documentation collection, onboarding checklists, and record-keeping.
  • Data and reporting: maintaining simple dashboards/trackers (spreadsheets) for tasks, hiring status, invoices, and milestones.
  • Confidentiality: handling sensitive company, client, employee, and financial information with strict discretion.


Qualifications and skills


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); MBA/operations exposure is a plus.
  • 0–2 years experience in admin/EA/operations coordination (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong written and spoken communication (English + Hindi preferred).
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and basic Excel/Sheets formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfort working with founders/leadership and managing time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent with AI Tools and Prompts (Perplexity Pro, Gemini and other similar tools)
