We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CAD design and will be proficient in Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office. The role involves working on a range of design projects, collaborating with a dynamic team within office and at site, and producing high-quality CAD models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed CAD designs and drawings for various projects using Google SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Assist in project documentation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office.
• Ensure timely delivery of design outputs in line with project schedules.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Google SketchUp: Proficiency in creating 3D models and renderings.
• AutoCAD: Strong ability to draft and develop 2D and 3D drawings.
• MS Office: Competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project documentation and reporting.

Optional Skills (a plus, but not required):

• Enscape: Experience with real-time rendering and visualization.
• Lumion: Ability to create realistic 3D renders and animations.
• Revit: Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
• MS Project: Basic knowledge of project management software.
