Job Description
Position 1: FFS Machine Operator & Highly Maintenance Technician
Company: Balaji Product
- FFS Machine Operator – Responsibilities:Operate and monitor Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines efficiently
- Ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and quality checks during operation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards on the production floor
- Maintenance Technician – Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repair of machines and equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and implement timely solutions
- Support production by ensuring minimal breakdowns
- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repairs
- Requirements :ITI / Diploma / Relevant technical qualification
- minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG / detergent / packaging industry preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial safety and machine handling
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets
