Job Title: Maintenance Executive – RMC Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Executive for the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of RMC plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of RMC batching plant equipment.
• Carry out oiling, greasing, and lubrication of plant machinery.
• Handle mechanical repairs including dent removal, fabrication, and minor welding work.
• Inspect mixers, conveyors, silos, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure minimum plant downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in RMC plant maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, lubrication, and repair techniques.
• Basic understanding of electrical components (added advantage).
