Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Manager – Horticulture to lead and supervise the maintenance of parks, green belts, and landscaped areas at our project sites in Greater Noida and Noida. The role requires strong agronomy/horticulture knowledge and the ability to manage a team of workers for site-based green maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of existing plantations, lawns, seasonal flower beds, and green infrastructure.
• Prepare and implement seasonal plantation schedules and site-specific horticulture plans.
• Lead and manage a team of 30–40 gardeners, supervisors, and labor staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure plant health, pruning, pest control, and irrigation practices.
• Monitor use of fertilizers, soil conditioners, and organic inputs as per seasonal needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for plant supply, materials, and tools.
• Maintain records, generate progress reports, and submit documentation regularly.
• Ensure all horticultural operations follow safety and environmental protocols.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance.
• Experience handling parks, townships, or public green spaces preferred.
• Solid knowledge of native and seasonal plant species and their care.
• Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for planning and reporting.
