Strategic Market Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive Pan-India marketing strategies and annual budgets to drive brand growth.

Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new geographical territories and high-potential segments such as Packaging and Automotive.

Channel Management: Establish and manage a robust nationwide network of distributors and dealers, ensuring strong long-term business relationships.

Technical Product Promotion: Collaborate with technical teams to promote specialized masterbatches to B2B clients and OEMs effectively.

Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis regarding pricing, product quality, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Branding & Events: Lead the company’s presence in major national trade shows and exhibitions (e.g., Plastindia, Plastivision) to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Integration: Partner with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and track the ROI of various campaigns.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on Pan-India market performance, sales growth, and strategic achievements to senior management.

Educational Qualification: Must possess a degree in B.Sc. Polymer Science, B.Tech (Plastics/Polymer), or a CIPET Diploma to ensure a strong technical understanding of the product.
