Marketing Manager / Trainer ( Male/Female

Role:

Plan and execute marketing activities for the academy and train/mentor junior marketing executives and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct marketing and sales training for Students 

Create day-wise / module-wise training plans

Guide students on basic marketing concepts, tools, and execution

Execute offline & online marketing to generate student leads

Visit colleges, PGs, student areas; conduct promotions

Train and guide junior marketing staff and students

Create basic marketing plans, 

Coordinate with admissions and management teams

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate (Marketing/Management preferred)

2–5 years experience in marketing or training

Strong communication & leadership skills

Knowledge of offline marketing
