MIS Executive

 Collect, maintain, and analyze data related to production

·         Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

·         Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for management review.

·         Automate reporting processes using Excel, Google Sheets.

·         Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for data collection.

·         Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

·         Assist in IT support to staff in organisation

 Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.)

·         Proficiency in Google Sheets

·         Knowledge of data automation and reporting tools

·         Strong analytical and mathematical skills

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         Good communication and coordination skills
