Job Description

Lead the Mughlai kitchen, manage staff, ensure quality & taste, and supervise preparation of Rolls, Kebabs, Tikkas, and other Mughlai dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team
  • Oversee Mughlai dishes, rolls, kebabs & tikkas
  • Maintain food taste, quality & hygiene
  • Handle marination, grilling & tandoor operations
  • Manage stock, inventory & daily materials
  • Train and guide assistant chefs & helpers
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Mughlai, Tandoor, Grill, Kebabs & Tikkas
  • Recipe consistency & marination expertise
  • Team leadership and kitchen management
  • Stock handling & quality control
  • Hygiene and safety management

Experience Required: 1–5 years in Mughlai/Tandoor/Grill kitchen
