Job Description
Lead the Mughlai kitchen, manage staff, ensure quality & taste, and supervise preparation of Rolls, Kebabs, Tikkas, and other Mughlai dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team
- Oversee Mughlai dishes, rolls, kebabs & tikkas
- Maintain food taste, quality & hygiene
- Handle marination, grilling & tandoor operations
- Manage stock, inventory & daily materials
- Train and guide assistant chefs & helpers
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Mughlai, Tandoor, Grill, Kebabs & Tikkas
- Recipe consistency & marination expertise
- Team leadership and kitchen management
- Stock handling & quality control
- Hygiene and safety management
Experience Required: 1–5 years in Mughlai/Tandoor/Grill kitchen
