N8N Automation Intern

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Automation Engineer Associate to design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, while integrating multiple software tools into seamless, error-free systems.

You will operate in a fast-paced, growth-driven marketing automation environment where your work directly influences business performance, client experience, and overall agency profitability.

This is not a basic drag-and-drop automation role—

You will be responsible for mission-critical systems that power the entire business.

Your core objective:

Ensure zero breakdowns, 100% accuracy, and rapid deployment of automations across internal and client workflows.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Ads Team, and Operations Team to streamline end-to-end processes across platforms such as Google Sheets, Zoom, Meta, Email, WhatsApp, CRM systems, landing pages, payment platforms, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• N8N Workflow DevelopmentBuild automation workflows from scratch using n8n
• Translate business requirements into stable, scalable workflows
• Develop reusable modules and templates for recurring automation needs

2. Software IntegrationsIntegrate and manage data flow across tools such as:

• Google Sheets
• Zoom
• Meta (Facebook)
• WhatsApp (Gupshup / Twilio / WATI)
• Email platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Payment gateways
• Landing page builders

Ensure smooth, accurate, and real-time data synchronization between all connected systems.

• 3. Testing & DebuggingConduct rigorous testing using real datasets before deployment
• Identify and resolve issues (failed nodes, timeouts, auth errors)
• Optimize workflow performance and execution speed
• 4. Monitoring & MaintenancePerform daily checks on all active automations
• Maintain system uptime and reliability
• Take immediate action on workflow failures or irregularities
• 5. DocumentationCreate clear SOPs for every automation
• Maintain version history for all workflows
• Communicate updates and automation logs to the team

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)You will be evaluated on the following:

• 100% error-free deployments
• Automation delivery within 48 hours
• Less than 1% automation failure rate
• Daily monitoring reports shared with PM
• Complete documentation for every workflow
• Urgent debugging completed within 1 hour
