Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support business development activities. The role involves handling client communication, making outbound calls, and managing leads generated through platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other digital channels.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients in a professional manner
  • Generate, track, and follow up on leads from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online portals
  • Maintain and update lead databases and customer records accurately
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for lead conversion and order processing
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Prepare reports on lead status, conversions, and daily activities
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Assist in basic office coordination and support tasks as required
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in administrative or customer handling roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
