Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an "all-rounder" who is equally comfortable baking fresh bread and sponges as they are performing delicate dessert plating and cake decoration. You will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, signature cakes, and classic desserts from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
* Baking: Prepare a variety of cakes (sponges), fresh breads, and puff pastries.
* Cake Decoration: Professional icing and decoration using whipped cream, buttercream, and ganache.
* Dessert Specialization: Prepare signature desserts including Tiramisu, Cheesecakes (baked and cold), and Gourmet Tarts.
* Pastry Arts: Hand-crafting shortcrust pastries, tarts, and puff-based items.
*Fondant cake making.
*Normal cake.
