We are looking for an energetic and skilled Sales Executive for our pharmacy division. The candidate must have good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, experience using ERP software, and strong selling and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should be well-presentable, customer-focused, and capable of retaining clients through excellent service and relationship management.

KEY RESPONSABILITY :-

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to walk-in and institutional clients.

Use ERP software to manage billing, inventory, sales tracking, and reporting.

Maintain excellent knowledge of medicines, stock levels, and product information.

Handle customer queries and provide product guidance.

Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for repeat orders and satisfaction.

Build and retain strong relationships with regular clients.

Negotiate pricing and deals professionally with clients or suppliers if needed.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the inventory and purchase team to maintain stock availability.

Keep records of sales activities and customer feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge of pharmacy or medical products.

Familiarity with ERP software (billing, inventory, sales modules).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.

Ability to build trust and retain customers.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
