Plant Head Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Define plant goals aligned with corporate strategy.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality.

2. People Management

• Lead department heads (production, maintenance, quality, HR, safety).
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
• Ensure workforce training and skill development.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO, OSHA, RDSO, BIS, and industry-specific standards.
• Implement quality management systems and audits.
• Maintain certifications and regulatory approvals.

4. Safety & Sustainability

• Enforce workplace safety protocols and zero-incident culture.
• Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and emergency preparedness drills.

5. Financial & Resource Management

• Control budgets, optimize costs, and improve ROI.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and spare parts.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and resource utilization.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with corporate leadership, suppliers, customers, and government authorities.
• Represent the plant in audits, inspections, and client visits.
• Build strong vendor and customer relationships.

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) + MBA preferred.
• Experience: 15–20 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Skills:
• Gov /electrical panels products / Projects
• Strong leadership and decision-making.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM.
• Financial acumen and contract management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
