1. Podium Hostess ( Female)
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests
• Manage reservations and waiting lists
• Escort guests to their tables
• Handle front desk coordination
2. Captain
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage service staff
• Take orders and ensure smooth service
• Handle guest queries and complaints
• Coordinate with kitchen team
3. Steward
Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Set up and clear tables
• Assist the captain during service
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
