Pre-Primary Teacher, & DAYCARE TEACHER

Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support early childhood development through creative teaching methods, structured activities, and strong emotional care.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the preschool curriculum
• Conduct activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times
• Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and classroom updates
• Organize events, celebrations, and classroom displays
• Manage classroom behavior with patience and care
• Participate in school events, trainings, and promotional activities
• Maintain teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom cleanliness
• Required Skills & QualitiesStrong love and passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and energetic personality
• Good classroom management skills
• Ability to handle children with care and sensitivity
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Educational QualificationGraduate (any stream)
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd / NTT / Montessori) preferred
• Experience1–3 years of experience in preschool teaching preferred
• Freshers with relevant training can also apply

• Monday to Saturday
• SalaryAs per experience and school standards
• Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport admission counseling when required
• Participate in marketing activities (events, road shows, promotions)
