Production Engineer

Moon Air Home Appliances is looking for a dedicated Production Engineer to manage and improve the manufacturing process of home appliances. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and improving efficiency in the manufacturing line.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily manufacturing and production processes of home appliances.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize assembly line operations for better productivity.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify production issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production reports, documentation, and daily production data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing standards.
• Assist in reducing production costs, wastage, and downtime.
• Support the implementation of new manufacturing techniques and improvements.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of home appliances manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of production planning and assembly line management.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• QualificationB.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
