Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes in our home appliances production unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, improving efficiency, and coordinating with different departments to meet production targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily production activities in the manufacturing unit.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
• Monitor the manufacturing process of home appliances and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare production reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety standards and follow company policies in the production area.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of home appliances manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of production planning and process improvement.
