Production Supervisor Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight
• Supervise electrical assembly, wiring, and testing processes.
• Ensure production schedules are met without compromising quality.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Team Management
• Lead and motivate technicians, operators, and junior engineers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training on electrical safety and standards.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to ISO, RDSO, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain product quality.
• Implement continuous improvement practices (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Safety & Maintenance
• Enforce strict compliance with electrical safety protocols.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and tools.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• Track material usage, wastage, and efficiency metrics.
• Liaise with procurement and operations teams for resource planning.

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3–7 years in electrical manufacturing/production supervision.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Electrical circuits, wiring, switchgear, motors, and control systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
