QA / QC Analyst

1.Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 

2.Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (ISO, customer audits)

Ensure compliance with BIS standards / AWS / EN / DIN standards applicable to welding wires

3.Monitor incoming raw materials (wire rods, alloys, flux, chemicals)

Supervise in-process inspections (drawing, annealing, coating, spooling)

• 4.Maintain test records and traceability for each batch/lot
• Coordinate with third-party labs (BIS-recognized labs) when required
