Job Summary The Quality In charge is responsible for ensuring product quality at all stages of manufacturing. This role includes inspection of raw materials, in-process checks, final product inspection, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards during a 12-hour working shift.

• Key Responsibilities Conduct incoming raw material inspection (IQC) as per quality standards
• Perform in-process quality checks during production
• Inspect finished goods before dispatch
• Identify defects, rejection causes, and ensure corrective actions
• Maintain quality inspection records and reports
• Monitor rejection, wastage, and rework
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase teams for quality issues
• Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are followed
• Support internal audits and customer audits
• Train operators on quality awareness and defect prevention
• Ensure proper batch marking, labeling, and traceability
• Skills & Requirements Experience in manufacturing / packaging quality control
• Knowledge of QC tools, inspection methods, and SOPs
• Ability to work in 12-hour shifts
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
