Job Description
- Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly
- Handle inbound customer queries related to residential/commercial properties
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses in CRM or Excel
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close appointments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach with all customers
- 🔹 Skills & Requirements:Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
- Experience in real estate telecalling or sales will be an added advantage
