Real Estate Sales Executive

You will be responsible for identifying high-potential investors through aggressive cold calling and turning those "cold" introductions into "gold" portfolios.

• Lead Generation: Build your own pipeline from scratch using provided databases and independent research.
• Objection Handling: Navigate "No" with grace and persistence to find the "Yes" that leads to a viewing.
• The Full Cycle: From the first cold call to the final contract signing, you own the entire sales process.
• Site Presentations: Lead high-impact property tours that turn interest into immediate offers.
