🧾 Job Overview-We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to manage field sales activities, handle company-provided leads, conduct site visits, and close property deals. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibility, from lead conversion to reporting.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Visit sites and meet clients for property presentations
- Handle company-provided leads efficiently
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Manage and update lead data
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Prepare sales reports and update senior management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
👤 Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Must have own vehicle (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel for field visits
💰 Compensation & Benefit
- sFixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000+
