Job Description

Generate leads through various channels such as calls, references, digital platforms, and site visits

Handle client inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property options

Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for deal closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Coordinate with builders/developers for inventory updates, pricing, and offers

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain proper data records of leads and client interactions in CRM

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches
