Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visits, and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and site visits.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
• Follow up with potential buyers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.

Requirements

• 6months–2years experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals.
• Knowledge of property market and local real estate trends.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
