Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to contact potential clients, explain real estate projects, generate leads, and schedule site visits. The candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain property details such as location, price, amenities, and payment plans.
• Generate and qualify leads for sales team.
• Schedule site visits for interested clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
• Update lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead targets.
