• Manage sales of residential and commercial properties listed with the company
• Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and close deals
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and site visits
• Maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers
• Coordinate legal documentation (lease agreements, sales deeds, registration, etc.)
• Monitor market trends and pricing to provide recommendations
