Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive/Manager to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience in real estate sales or a similar industry.

  • Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
  • Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and site visits.

Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Conduct meetings, property tours, and negotiations to close sales.
  • Provide guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Sales & Target Achievement


  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Handle documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups related to property transactions.

Team & Coordination (For Sales Manager role)


  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns.

Market Research


  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Share feedback and insights with management to improve products and services.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Good presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation is an added advantage.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience for Sales Executive / 4–7 years for Sales Manager in real estate or relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
