• Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and field activities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with potential clients for conversion
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM data and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams

📊 Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of property market and local areas
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
