Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves managing sales strategies, client relationships, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales targets

Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team

Manage client relationships and handle high-value negotiations

Oversee site visits, property presentations, and closing activities

Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and reporting

Coordinate with marketing teams on lead generation and campaigns

Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial role

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of local real estate market and regulations

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential or commercial real estate

CRM and sales reporting tool experience

Strong network of brokers and channel partners
