The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through site visits, calls, referrals, and marketing activities
• Present and promote residential and/or commercial real estate projects to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully
• Maintain strong relationships with clients before and after sales
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and closures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations
