Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing campaigns
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contracts to successfully close sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitors
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
