Job Description

Responsible for leading the sales , developing and implementing strategies to sell industrial plots, generating leads, analyzing market data, and closing deals. Key duties also involve building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, ensuring legal compliance, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. 

Property in - Greater Noida, Sikandrabad, Bulandshahar

Property type - * Industrial / commercial plots, Residential plots on sales

  * Warehouses on rent

 

Key responsibilities

· Sales strategy and leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for industrial plot sales. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents to ensure high performance.

· Lead generation and client management: Identify and engage potential clients, such as manufacturing units, logistics operators, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industrial stakeholders.

· Market analysis and forecasting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial policy developments to identify opportunities. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

· Sales execution: Oversee the entire sales process, from presenting proposals and conducting site visits to negotiating and closing deals. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for agreement preparation and registration.

· Performance and compliance: Track and analyze sales data to measure performance against set targets and KPIs. Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Required skills and qualifications

· Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on industrial properties.

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Excellent understanding of the industrial real estate market, including client requirements like size, connectivity, and infrastructure.

· Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.

· Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
