Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the market, upcoming projects, and competitors.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (0–3 years for entry level, 3+ for experienced).
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and local property market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions.

Education:

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
