Job SummaryThe Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the reception area, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk ManagementGreet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage visitor logs and issue passes (if required)
  • 2. Communication HandlingAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries
  • Handle courier, mail, and deliveries
  • 3. Administrative SupportSchedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Assist with data entry and basic documentation
  • 4. CoordinationCoordinate with different departments for visitor appointments
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, or conferences
  • Support HR or admin tasks when required
  • 5. Customer ServiceAddress visitor queries and provide accurate information
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients and guests
