Job DescriptionPosition: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Greater Noida
Organisation: World Designing Forum (WDF)
Job Overview: The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The role requires regular communication, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure client satisfaction, business growth, and successful deal closures. The candidate will also support business development activities and maintain professional engagement with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication
Make daily calls to potential and existing clients.
Maintain regular communication to understand client requirements and expectations.
Provide accurate information about services, programs, and opportunities offered by the organization.
2. Follow-ups
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested clients.
Track responses and maintain records of ongoing conversations.
Ensure that all client inquiries are addressed efficiently.
3. Deal Closing
Convert potential leads into confirmed clients.
Present proposals and clarify service details to clients.
Coordinate internally to finalize agreements and confirm participation.
4. Client Visits (If Required)
Visit clients or partner organizations when required for meetings or presentations.
Maintain a professional relationship during in-person interactions.
Represent the organization in a responsible and confident manner.
5. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Maintain client satisfaction and ensure smooth coordination during projects or events.
Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Update client data and progress status in internal records or CRM systems.
Provide updates to the management team on lead progress and deal status.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and relationship management
