Sales and Marketing Executive

KPI for sales and marketing job :

1. Lead Generation – Generate qualified leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Google search.

2. Outbound Calls – Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products/services, and deliver a concise sales pitch.

3. Client Visits – Perform a minimum of four (4-5) client visits per day.

4. Project Visits – Conduct at least three (3) project visits each week.

5. Meeting Coverage – Attend client meetings on behalf of the Head of Sales when he/she is unavailable.

6. Market Pitching – Actively pitch our products/services in the market to expand our customer base.

7. Follow‑up & Closure – Follow up on all leads, nurture relationships, and strive to close deals within the stipulated timelines.

8. Sales Target – Achieve a monthly sales target.

9. Client Retention – Maintain regular communication with existing clients to secure repeat business.

10. Reporting – Submit daily sales reports and updates exclusively through the Delta app.
