Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, expand institutional partnerships, and promote our innovative simulation solutions across India and international markets.

This role involves frequent travel to medical colleges, hospitals, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate leads from medical colleges, hospitals, training institutes, and distributors.

Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and workshops.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment closure.

Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Represent ONE Simulation at medical conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, and workshops.

Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital + offline).

Assist in content development for brochures, presentations, and product positioning.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Develop relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in healthcare.

3. Travel & Field Engagement

Travel extensively across India (and potentially abroad).

Conduct on-site product demonstrations and installation coordination.

Build long-term institutional relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, ed-tech, or B2B institutional sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical products to medical professionals.

Willingness to travel frequently (60–70% travel).

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical simulation, surgical equipment, or hospital capital equipment sales.

Established network within medical colleges or hospitals.

Experience handling government tenders and institutional procurement processes.
