Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – uPVC Manufacturing

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Kasna, Gr Noida

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years (uPVC / Building Material Industry preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary -We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell uPVC profiles/windows/doors. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and strengthening brand presence in the assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through dealers, fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for uPVC profiles/windows/doors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and competitors’ activities.
  • Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely order execution.
  • Ensure payment follow-ups and maintain healthy receivables.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Promote company products through site visits, dealer meets, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Support branding activities and local marketing campaigns.
  • Educate dealers and customers about product features, benefits, and quality standards.
  • Collect market feedback and customer requirements and share with management.
  • Assist in launching new products and schemes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and lead tracking.
  • Update CRM or internal sales tracking systems regularly.
  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with the sales head.



  • Key Skills & Requirements Experience in uPVC manufacturing / windows / building material industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of dealer network development and B2B sales.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

  • Payment collection efficiency

  • Salary & Benefits Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with prior experience in uPVC profiles, windows, doors, aluminium systems, or construction materials will be given preference.
