Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the marketing and business development function in the engineering sector. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, market expansion, branding, key account management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategy for industrial services.
• Identify new market opportunities in sectors like steel, power, cement, oil & gas, heavy engineering, etc.
• Lead and manage the sales & marketing team.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Prepare marketing budgets, sales forecasts, and growth plans.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Oversee branding, digital marketing, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams for project execution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Report directly to management on performance and strategy.

Required Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy or related field)
• MBA in Marketing (Preferred / Mandatory as per requirement)
• 5–10+ years experience in Engineering / Industrial Marketing
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
