Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and target achievement of field sales executives.
• Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and territory-wise analysis.
• Act as a key point of contact between the sales team, management, distributors, and other internal departments.
• Track orders, secondary sales, schemes, and promotions in coordination with distributors.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on sales leads, outstanding payments, and market feedback.
• Assist in implementation of sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Maintain proper documentation related to sales processes and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to manage and coordinate a sales team.
• Excellent reporting, data analysis, and MIS skills.
• Sound knowledge of FMCG sales processes, including primary & secondary sales.
• Good understanding of distribution networks, retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/Sales software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
